Over the last two decades, Three Tenets has been working at the nexus of leadership and organization development and design, fusing a foundation in clinical, school, industrial, and organizational psychology with current research and data in neuroscience, integrative medicine, art, and ecology.

Set on a foundation of trust and confidentiality, the coaching process takes an in-depth and integral look at the Learner within the various environments in which they live: home and work, family, social, geographical and historical, cultural and political, etc. The intention is to build new levels of awareness - beyond the self image - that leads to greater insight, a fluidity to respond more competently to uncertainty and the unknown, and a resilience that can nourish our inherent and unique brilliance and clarity that is sustainable beyond the coaching engagement.

Looking deeply at daily habits, narratives, and the unconscious beliefs that influence how we show up in the world, we include basic life functions such as respiration, rest and relaxation, as well as nourishment, learning, and play, while simultaneously gathering data about leadership competence, perceptions, patterns, and preferences. Current capacities and learning edges inform the developmental path and plan, and in addition to specific focus areas, an ongoing attention to attunement, the capacity to respond in the moment, and learning agility form the basis for ongoing coaching and development work.

With incisive personalized feedback, we illuminate interrelational dynamics, including how to continue to refine capability, and serve as a partner, guide, and trusted advisor every step of the way.
